How can we help our children and ourselves? How do we spot mental stress in our kids?
What can we do if we suspect that our child might be having difficulties coping?
Psychologist and father of 3, Nicholas Lim, will speak on all these matters, as he draws from the experience he’s had with his patients and his own children. Apart from teaching at Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), Nicholas is also most passionate about causes involving family and young people. Having had almost two decades of experience working with youths, he volunteers his time on advisory councils like the Media Literacy Council, sits on boards of non-profit organisations like the Singapore Psychological Society, and even volunteers as a Youth Mentor with Advisory SG, Youth Corps.
If you are struggling with a kid dealing with mental stress or just want to pre-empt such a situation, join us for this informative LIVE interview session moderated by Journalist Avril Hong. There will also be a chance for you to ask Nicholas your burning questions about keeping our kids and ourselves sane and safe.
