 nThis workshop covers the importance of understanding mental health in cou
 ples and includes recognising the warning signs of mental health deteriora
 tion\, understanding how attachment styles and stress response system impa
 cts mental health\, and opportunities to practice strategies that can be u
 sed to support couple’s mental well-being as well as for individuals who
  are struggling with mental health conditions.\n\nThe workshop is conducte
 d by Dr Charissa Ng\, a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychologi
 cal Society. She holds a Doctorate in Psychology (Clinical) from James Coo
 k University\, and has had over 10 years of experience working with multip
 le individuals presenting with clinical conditions. She presently speciali
 ses in trauma work.
